General
1. On the "Home" page, find your padlock and tap the first button from the left side (icon of a person with a key) to enter key settings page.

2. Switch to the "Fingerprint" tab and tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select the type of key you want to create and follow the instructions to complete the setup.

Use USB key to unlock.
1. Use screwdriver to loosen the screws and take off the bottom cover (Due to anti-loss screws, the screws will not be fully removed).
2. Insert the USB key.
3. Pull out the shackle.
Use USB key to add fingerprints.
1. Use screwdriver to loosen the screws and take off the bottom cover (Due to anti-loss screws, the screws will not be fully removed).
2. Insert the USB key.
3. Press and hold fingerprint sensor for about 5 seconds until the blue light turns on.
4. Repeat finger placement for several times, until the light turns green for about 1 seconds, it means fingerprint is successfully registered.
5. Use the HEXFORCE® app to manage existing fingerprints.
Use the USB key to reset the lock to factory settings.
1. Use screwdriver to loosen the screws and take off the bottom cover (Due to anti-loss screws, the screws will not be fully removed).
2. Insert the USB key.
3. Press and hold the fingerprint sensor for 10 seconds until the red light flashes.
4. Release your finger. Red light pulses 3 times, then stays on 1 second — hard reset complete.
• When delivered and after a reset, the lock can be opened with each touch of the sensor.
• For security reasons, the Padlock G1 can only be reset via the HEXFORCE® app (within Bluetooth range) with owner login or by using a USB key. Remote reset is not permitted, even by the manufacturer.
The padlock can add up to 5 fingerprints by using USB key. You can use the HEXFORCE app to add more fingerprints or manage existing fingerprints.
1. Find USB key and screwdriver which included in the package from a new HEXFORCE Smart Padlock G1.
2. Remove the two screws on the bottom of padlock and take off the bottom cover.

3. Insert USB key, hold fingerprint sensor for about 10 seconds until the blue light turns on.
4. Repeat finger placement for about 6 times, until the light turns green for about 3 seconds, it means fingerprint is successfully registered.
5. To add more fingerprints, repeat steps 3 and 4.

2. Switch to the "Bluetooth" tab and tap any of your existing keys below.

3. Tap "Share this access" to generate a key link. You can copy or share it via social apps. Your guest will need to download the HEXFORCE app to use the key.

1. Download the HEXFORCE app by scanning the QR code or search "HEXFORCE" on the App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Log in to your registered account. If you haven't added any locks yet, tap "Add a new lock." If you already have at least one padlock added, tap the "+" button at the bottom. (Make sure the padlock's battery has enough power.)

3. Connect your padlock to the app by following the instructions.
If you just bought a new HEXFORCE Smart Padlock G1, no need to worry — it comes with a pre-installed battery and is ready to use right away. Please follow the instructions below if you need to replace a new CR2 battery.
1. Use the screwdriver to loosen the screws and take off the bottom cover (Due to anti-loss screws, the screws will not be fully removed).

2.Insert a new CR2 battery with negative(-) side facing spring. Put the bottom cover back in place. Tighten the screws moderately.
